Sessions are available individually or in discounted multi-session packages to support consistent progress and long-term results. Clients can choose from single sessions or bundles that provide a structured approach to coaching over time.
Shared Sessions are also available for two individuals who would like to work with the coach together during the same appointment. Both participants must request the coach’s presence for the shared session format to apply. If only one person requests the coach while the other does not, the standard individual session structure will apply.
