- Pay Per Match (when offered) $ 500 cash/$518 credit* per match & $50 cash/$52 credit, non-refundable fee for vetting (interview, background & identity checks) each potential match as needed

Monthly Payments ( must enroll in auto-pay ):
- 6-month membership: $800 cash/$828 credit* for the first month, $550 cash/$570 credit* for the remaining months
