Matchmaking for the Socially Challenged is part of networks of Matchmakers including the Matchmakers Alliance, which is a trade network for matchmakers to collaborate to help source more matches for their clients.
We share your information with other Matchmakers and Matchmaker Alliance companies for them to assist us in processing your information, as service providers, upon our instructions and on our behalf. This helps us to have access to a larger pull of potential matches tailor-made to your needs and interests.
We may also share information with other Matchmaker Alliance companies for legitimate business purposes such as corporate audit, analysis and consolidated reporting as well as compliance with applicable laws. We may also share user information with other Matchmakers or Matchmaker Alliance companies to remove users who violate our terms of service, or have been reported for criminal activity and/or bad behavior. In some instances, we may remove that user from all platforms.
We may use public information to enable third parties to determine whether they are suitable service for you. We may use demographic information to tailor our services and communications to your interests. We may also share demographic information with advertisers on an anonymous and aggregated basis (i.e., without telling the advertisers your identity). Our sharing of demographic information with advertisers is anonymous in accordance with the rest of this Privacy Policy.
If you are a California resident, you can request a notice disclosing the categories of personal information about you that we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. We reserve our right to enforce our legal rights pursuant to the applicable New York State and Federal Laws.

Qualifications for Membership
Members agree that they are at least 18 years of age, single, legally separated, divorced or widowed. Members must not have any criminal convictions and must be looking for a committed relationship. Romantic relationships must be monogamous.
Cancelation Policy
Members have 48 hours after registering to notify Matchmaking for the Socially Challenged in writing of their intent to cancel their membership.
