The following are some things which are including but are not limited to first and last name, date of birth, gender, contact information (home and email addresses, and telephone numbers); values, academic background, occupation, career, job history, marital status, whether you have or want children and pets, where you want to live, developmental delays, medical conditions, psychiatric disorders, body type, dating preferences, personal photos, a copy of a government-issued id, religion, ethnicity, interests, preferences in a partner or friend, lifestyle, values, who you live with, information that helps us connect your dating preferences and other personal information disclosed to us;
• You will have to provide a short description of yourself with information such as: where you live, who you live with, your age, and sex. What you do during the day, in your spare and when you are out and about. What your hobbies are, how you get around, what your religion is and your political views are.

All of our users must be strictly at least 18 years old.

With other Matchmakers and with the Matchmakers Alliance Businesses

Matchmaking for the Socially Challenged is part of networks of Matchmakers including the Matchmakers Alliance, which is a trade network for matchmakers to collaborate to help source more matches for their clients. 

We share your information with other Matchmakers and Matchmaker Alliance companies for them to assist us in processing your information, as service providers, upon our instructions and on our behalf. This helps us to have access to a larger pull of potential matches tailor-made to your needs and interests.

We may also share information with other Matchmaker Alliance companies for legitimate business purposes such as corporate audit, analysis and consolidated reporting as well as compliance with applicable laws. We may also share user information with other Matchmakers or Matchmaker Alliance companies to remove users who violate our terms of service, or have been reported for criminal activity and/or bad behavior. In some instances, we may remove that user from all platforms.

How We Use Public Information and Other Demographic Information

We may use public information to enable third parties to determine whether they are suitable service for you. We may use demographic information to tailor our services and communications to your interests. We may also share demographic information with advertisers on an anonymous and aggregated basis (i.e., without telling the advertisers your identity). Our sharing of demographic information with advertisers is anonymous in accordance with the rest of this Privacy Policy.

Residents of California

If you are a California resident, you can request a notice disclosing the categories of personal information about you that we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. Please note that any Client and Member who violates or disagrees with our Privacy Policy; harasses, assaults and treats inappropriately any representative, date coach or advisor of Matchmaking for the Socially Challenged, commits fraud or any other criminal activity, will be immediately erased from our database, will not have the right to use our Site or our Services again, and will not be entitled to any refund. We reserve our right to enforce our legal rights pursuant to the applicable New York State and Federal Laws.
