1. The Referral Reward Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
2. The referred individual must be a new contact who has not previously been registered in Matchmaking for Me’s database or currently participating in the matchmaking process.
3. The referred individual must submit the profile form before Matchmaking for Me has any prior contact with the referred individual.
4. The referred individual must voluntarily agree to participate in the matchmaking process and provide all information requested by Matchmaking for Me.
5. A referral qualifies for the $250 Referral Reward only if:
6. Only one Referral Reward will be paid per qualifying referral.
7. If multiple people refer the same individual, the Referral Reward will be paid only to the first eligible referrer, as determined by Matchmaking for Me.
8. Referral Rewards will be paid within 30 days after Matchmaking for Me verifies that all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
9. Referral Rewards may be reported for tax purposes where required by law. The recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes.
10. Matchmaking for Me reserves the right to verify eligibility, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, deny rewards obtained through deceptive or improper means, and modify or discontinue the Referral Reward Program at any time.
11. Participation in the Referral Reward Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
12. The referred individual must voluntarily consent to being contacted by Matchmaking for Me.
13. This program is void where prohibited by law.
14. No purchase is necessary for either the referrer or the referred individuals.
